Des Moines Public Schools highlights ISU President Wintersteen’s renewal of ISU 4U Promise program: Des Moines Public Schools featured the “principal” of Iowa State University, President Wendy Wintersteen, at King Elementary School to renew the ISU 4U Promise program. Both King and Moulton elementary students accumulate twenty percent of tuition defrayal for each year of attendance at those schools, if they graduate from a DMPS high school and otherwise qualify for admission to Iowa State.
