‘Pick a Better Snack’ program teaches elementary school students about money management and healthy eating: Iowa State Extension and Outreach brought their ‘Pick a Better Snack’ program to Morningside Elementary School in Sioux City on Wednesday, Sept. 19. A mini farmer’s market was held at the school, and helped teach first grade students how to manage money and make healthy choices.
