Alexis Samano first heard of student affairs through their resident advisor as an undergraduate student. From that point forward, Alexis knew it was something they wanted to pursue. They hope to work as a university president or faculty member to help consistently promote diversity and inclusion in academic culture.
Jarrel Johnson has meticulously planned out his career in phases. His current phase, research and teaching, includes expanding his knowledge on identities and how higher education institutions play a role in supporting them.
